All products sold by BeautyFlow are digital templates. Nothing is shipped to you, and there are no shipping costs.

How delivery works

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the link to access your templates, usually within a few minutes.

Didn't receive your email?

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.

If you still cannot find it after one hour, email us at beautyflowsupport@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send your templates directly.

What you need

A free or paid Canva account to open and edit the templates, and a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. When you open a template link, Canva will ask you to make a copy in your own account: your edits will be saved there, and the original template will stay untouched.
