Welcome to BeautyFlow. By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
BeautyFlow is operated by Davide Guadagnin, Via Guido Sinopoli 15, 31015 Conegliano TV, Italy. You can reach us at beautyflowsupport@gmail.com.
2. Our products
We sell digital templates designed for beauty professionals and editable in Canva. Nothing is shipped to you. After payment you receive access to your templates by email. A free or paid Canva account is required to edit them. Canva is a third-party service, and we are not responsible for its availability, features, or pricing.
3. License and permitted use
When you buy from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the templates to promote your own business, including your salon, spa, studio, or personal brand. You may publish the finished designs on your social media, website, printed materials, and advertising.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the templates themselves, in edited or unedited form. You may not offer them to other businesses, include them in products you sell, or use them to provide design services to clients. One purchase covers one business. If you manage several businesses, please contact us.
All templates remain our intellectual property.
4. Results
Our templates are marketing tools. We do not guarantee any specific result in terms of clients, bookings, followers, or revenue. You are responsible for the content you publish, including making sure that any claims about your treatments comply with the laws that apply to your business.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeautyFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with BeautyFlow, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
